Why I Built Inflection Coaching

Inflection Coaching exists because I spent decades learning how to succeed while living inside a complex body. Migraine since 15. Chronic fatigue. Celiac disease. Three lymphoma diagnoses. Motherhood. Caregiving. A demanding executive career. I know what it means to keep going when life requires more than your body can easily give.

For 28 years in corporate America — including over 20 years at General Mills — I rose to Vice President of Supply Chain & Project Management for a small-size CPG company. I led global operations, negotiated multi‑million‑dollar contracts, and delivered results while navigating pain, fatigue, cancer treatments, and family caregiving.

At 50, after a lifetime of self‑reliance, I finally invested in a coach and discovered what it felt like to be supported instead of simply pushing through. That experience became my inflection point — and the foundation for this work.

Inflection Coaching is the support I spent years searching for and finally decided to create. It is grounded, strategic, and deeply human. I help people with chronic illness, neurodivergence, caregiving responsibilities, and big ambitions redefine success without sacrificing their health. This work meets you where your body is today — and helps you build a life that honors your capacity, your values, and your light.
