Support that doesn’t ask you to perform

Every offering here begins with capacity, not ambition. One session, six weeks, or twelve — the depth changes, the approach doesn't. You bring what you have. That's always enough to start.

Inflection Signature - 12 Week Program

The complete program. The deep work. All the time it deserves.

Some things cannot be rushed.

Building an entirely new relationship with your body, your work, your family, and the way you measure your own worth — that is not a six-week project. For many clients, it is the work of a lifetime. The Inflection Signature Program gives it twelve weeks.

This is the complete Inflection Coaching engagement — the full arc, the full tool suite, every phase fully developed, with enough space between sessions to actually test what you're building, live with it, break it a little, and bring what you learned back into the room. It is designed for clients who are ready to go deep, who want the breathing room to do this properly, and who know that sustainable change does not happen on a sprint.

This is not an expanded version of something smaller. It is the original program — built from the ground up for people who are done patching together a life around their illness and ready to design one that actually works.

"You do not need a different body to build a meaningful life. You need an honest map, flexible systems, and the support to navigate what is real — not what you wish were true. That is what we build together."

What you'll build across four phases and twelve weeks:

  • An honest capacity baseline — a clear, compassionate, and documented picture of your physical, cognitive, and emotional energy, mapped across a full three weeks before any action planning begins. You will know yourself differently by Week 4.

  • Adaptive systems that hold — three-tier daily routines (good day, hard day, crisis day) built and then tested in the real world, refined based on what actually happened, and revised again until they work. Not in theory. In your life.

  • A values compass you'll use for years — clarified in Week 1 and returned to in every phase, your values become the decision-making filter you reach for automatically when your energy is limited and something has to give.

  • Communication that protects your relationships — dedicated, unhurried attention to the three relational contexts that chronic illness strains most: your workplace, your family, and your medical team. Including a full session on family dynamics and the invisible load.

  • A documented record of your own growth — the Wins Log begins in Week 1, builds across the full twelve weeks, and becomes a permanent, personal record of what you accomplished that no flare, no bad month, and no shame spiral can take from you.

  • A forward plan you actually trust — a final session designed not to close the chapter but to launch the next one, with the systems, the language, and the self-knowledge to keep building after you leave.

This program is for you if:

You have been managing a chronic illness and a full life — work, family, caregiving, or all three — for long enough to know that the standard advice doesn't apply to you. You've tried the planners, the productivity systems, and the coaches who told you to push harder. You're not looking for motivation. You are looking for a completely different way of building a life — one that begins with your actual capacity, anchors to what genuinely matters, and holds up on the days when everything else falls apart.

You are ready to do this work properly.

What's included:

  • 12 weekly 60-minute private coaching sessions across four phases

  • Full access to the complete Inflection Coaching tool suite — Values Snapshot, Capacity Map, Weekly Energy Budget, Flare-Day Plan, Communication Scripts, Wins Log, and the 12-Week Adaptive Flow

  • Between-session support and accountability check-ins throughout the program

  • Dedicated sessions for family dynamics, boundary-setting, and relational communication

  • A formal Wins Log review and graduation session in Week 12

  • A personalized forward plan and Inflection Legacy Statement at program close

Inflection Intensive - 6 Weeks Program

Intense impact. Concentrated pace. Everything that matters.

You don't need six months to change the way you live inside your body.

You need the right six weeks.

The Inflection Intensive is a focused, high-impact coaching engagement designed for people who are ready to stop improvising and start building — a life, a career, a set of daily systems that actually hold when the hard days come. And they will come. That's not pessimism. That's just the reality of living with chronic illness. And it's exactly what this program is built for.

This is not a condensed version of something bigger. It is a complete arc — six sessions, six weeks, every tool and every pillar of the Inflection Coaching framework — at a pace designed for people whose energy is real and finite, and whose time matter

"We do not coach people to do more. We coach people to do what matters most — in a way their body can sustain."

What you'll build over six weeks:

  • Honest self-knowledge — a clear, compassionate picture of your actual capacity across physical, cognitive, and emotional domains. Not your best-day capacity. Your real one.

  • Adaptive systems — routines that flex with your symptoms, not against them. A plan for your good days, your hard days, and your crisis days — built in advance, so you're never making decisions from a depleted state.

  • A values compass — clarity on what matters most when your energy is limited and you have to choose. This becomes the filter for every decision in the program and beyond.

  • Communication that doesn't cost you — real, ready-to-use scripts for the conversations at work, at home, and in medical settings that you've been putting off, over-explaining, or dreading.

  • A documented record of your progress — because chronic illness is very good at making you forget how far you've come. We make sure you can't.

This program is for you if:

You are still showing up — to work, to your family, to the commitments that matter — while managing a body that writes its own agenda. You are tired of advice designed for someone without chronic illness. You are done with coaching that feels like it was built for someone else's life. You are ready to stop surviving your days and start designing them.

What's included:

  • 6 bi-weekly 60-minute private coaching sessions

  • Full access to the Inflection Coaching tool suite — Values Snapshot, Capacity Map, Weekly Energy Budget, Flare-Day Plan, Communication Scripts, and Wins Log

  • Session summaries delivered within 24 hours of every call

  • Between-session support and accountability check-ins

  • A personalized forward plan and Inflection Legacy Statement at graduation

The Inflection Point Session-Single Session

One issue. One hour. Real movement.

You don't always need a program.

Sometimes you need one conversation — focused, expert, and completely built around the specific thing that is sitting in front of you right now. A decision you can't quite make. A conversation you keep putting off. A system that stopped working and needs to be rebuilt from scratch. A moment where your career, your health, and your life have all arrived at the same intersection at the same time and you need someone who understands all three.

That is what this session is for.

The Inflection Point Session is a single, focused 60-minute coaching session built around one topic you bring. We go deep, we go direct, and you leave with something concrete — clarity, a plan, a script, a decision framework, or whatever form of forward motion your specific situation requires.

"You don't need to have everything figured out to deserve support. You just need to know the one thing that needs to move."

What people bring to an Inflection Point Session:

  • A disclosure decision — should I tell my employer about my condition, and if so, how?

  • A workplace accommodation request they need help framing

  • A hard conversation with a family member they've been avoiding

  • A medical appointment where they need to advocate and don't know how

  • A flare-day plan after a difficult stretch left their routines in pieces

  • A career decision that keeps circling without resolution

  • A communication script for one specific relationship

  • A capacity reset — they're overwhelmed and need a clear next step

If you're looking at that list and one of them made you exhale — that's the one. Bring it.

What's included:

  • One 60-minute private coaching session

  • Short pre-session intake so your hour starts focused, not from scratch

  • One concrete takeaway — a decision, a plan, a script, or a framework — specific to what you brought
